We specialise in property and work with a number of property agents for sales and rental and directly with customers creating promotional content

Photographing properly well is a unique skill and combining this skill with video content from the ground or from the air via drones, gives us the ability to assist you sell or rent your property

We are very experienced at creating 360 virtual tours of property to aid with sales or rental.

In addition to all this we can create detailed accurate floor plans of property

We are also Certified City and Guilds qualified domestic energy assessors and therefore can create EPC's (Energy Performance Certificate). You need a valid EPC to sell or rent your property.

Dave was commissioned to photograph Pentillie Castle by an agency, and we loved his shots so much, that we commissioned him to photograph a holiday cottage. We ended up renting it longer term cos of covid, blah blah, so haven't used all the images, but many of them have made it onto our social media - particularly his shots of the gardens (and the chickens!). He is very easy to work with, good fun, and takes great pictures. He even brings beautiful 'prop' dogs if you need. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any property photography jobs.
